We are passionate about creating fresh food and never compromising on quality. We use Welsh Artisan cheeses and award-winning Artisan Charcuterie made in Monmouthshire. Our Snowdonia mushrooms come from Madarch Cymru - The Mushroom Garden only one mile down the road. Maggie’s hot sauce is made just over the mountain in Penygroes.
We create a unique light sourdough with a fermentation process that takes over 48 hours. We use you a specialist Italian type ‘0’ flour called Petra. Petra is synonymous of quality. It represents the Quaglia family, four generations of millers that have transformed simple wheat grain into state-of-the-art ingredients.
We are ‘Artisan’ Pizza makers. Our Pizzas are made fresh to order. We hand stretch every pizza, coat the bases in our homemade San Marzano tomato sauce and top them with the best ingredients, before baking them on hot stones at over 300 degrees.
We source local, Welsh and sustainable ingredients wherever possible and champion other family businesses. We are actively working out our carbon footprint so that we can become carbon negative in 2022.
