We are award winning artisan ice cream and sorbet producers, creating everything in small fresh handcrafted batches in our parlour. Our recipes are a closely guarded secret. It has taken over 40 years to perfect them and we are still learning, innovating and experimenting. We use the best quality ingredients to create our famous dairy ice cream. Our sorbets are a great dairy free alternative and the flavours are more intense.

It’s very humbling that a visit to our ice cream parlour has become a part of people’s visit to Beddgelert and some of you travel miles to see us. So thank you for sharing our passion and supporting our family business.

Pizzeria

Our cafe is now open again as a specialist pizzeria. We are now licensed as well, so you can enjoy local beers, cider or Italian wine with your pizza. Our homemade cakes are still made to mum's recipes and sweet pizzas are back on the menu! We have plenty of space, welcome families and can cater for large groups and parties.

Our independent family business has been making memories in the mountains since 1970.

We have evolved over the years but our core values remain the same.

We make everything we can ourselves, taking great pride in our craft. We source Welsh produce wherever possible and combine these with specialist Italian ingredients; creating quality ice cream and pizza for the whole family to enjoy in our informal setting.

GROUP BOOKINGS, PRIVATE HIRE AND EVENTS

We can comfortably cater for groups of up to 30 people (booking essential). You can also hire out our entire pizzeria for parties and events. Please get in touch for more information.
